We hereby inform you that as of July 30th, 2012, the new Citilink reservation system will be in affect. With regards to that matter, please be advised of the following:
1. Citilink has sent an email containing the agent’s code and new password for Travel Agent Administrator. The email is sent to the address initially provided when registering as a Citilink travel Agent.
2. For travel agents who have not yet received the email (containing the agent’s code and new password) may check the junk/spam folder of the email account. If the email is still yet to be found in the Inbox or the Junk/Spam folder, Citilink Partner Operation may be contacted via email at email@example.com or via telephone to (031) 8553887.
3. During the transition period (July 30th, 31st and August 1st, 2012), Partner Operation will be available to be contacted via telephone to (031) 8553887 during the hours of 07.00 WIB-19.00 WIB.
4. Top Up by means of manual transfer to the Citilink bank account AN PT. Garuda Indonesia in BCA (Account no. 3193034680), BNI (Account no. 19943911) and Bank Mandiri (Account no. 1160004627346) will no longer be available as of July 29th, 2012.
5. Agent deposit Top Up may only be done by means of Automatic Top Up as of July 30th, 2012 via ATM and Online Transfer using Internet Banking. With Automatic Top Up, Travel Agent will no longer have to confirm for every top up executed. The amount of the Top Up is automatically credited upon transfer receipt.
