Citilink Introduces Kiosk on the Road
Jakarta, January 13, 2013 – Citilink, the subsidiary of PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk., for low-cost carrier (LCC) service, introduces its latest innovation that will make it easier for Citilinkers (a special name for Citilink customers) and other LCC customers to access Citilink available services. Today (Sunday, January 13, 2013), Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of PT Citilink Indonesia, Arif Wibowo, announces the commencement of Citilink “Kiosk on the Road” operation in Jakarta and Surabaya.
‘’Kiosk on the Road is a service from Citilink aimed to get closer to the public. This service, which in the future will be opened in all cities where we operate, is one of our new distribution channel and brand activation strategies,” explained Arif.
One of the obvious benefits Citilinkers can enjoy from this service is an easier access to get Citilink tickets to fly to cities in Indonesia for business, leisure, or family visit purposes. To make it more reachable for public, Kiosk on the Road will be operating in busy areas such as offices, shopping centers and malls, campuses and expo venues.
Arif said that due to its mobile nature, Kiosk on the Road will be located in parking areas or open spaces so that it will be easily seen and visited by Citilinkers and other customers. “The operational time will also be adjusted to customers characters such as working days in offices and campuses, then weekend and holidays in shopping centers, malls and expo venues,” Arif added.
Besides the accessibility to obtain Citilink service and the flexibility of Kiosk on the Road operational time, Citilinkers and other customers using this service will also receive special airfares or programs should they use a particular payment channel. This special program will be held during a certain period of time with a number of propositions.
