    4. For purchases of Green Zone/ Regular Zone/ Pre-book Meal where in 1 (one) booking code there is more than 1 (one) additional products, the maximum bonus miles that will be earned is 500 GarudaMiles.
    5. For purchases of Green Zone/ Regular Zone/ Pre-book Meal where in 1 (one) booking code there is more than 1 (one) passenger, the 500 miles bonus will only be sent to the account of the passenger whose email is used to make a transaction.
    6. To get 500 GarudaMiles bonus from purchasing additional products, make sure to claim miles from Citilink flights, which can be done by following these steps:
      1. Show your GarudaMiles card to check-in counter staff before flying with Citilink. Membership cards can be downloaded on the website member.citilink.co.id or BetterFly Citilink mobile apps.
      2. If you use the web check-in or self check-in facility so that you do not meet the check-in counter staff for inputting your membership number, or to process claim miles from Citilink flight that have not been credited to your account please email to member.retro@citilink.co.id at the latest 31st December 2020 by attaching:
        • GarudaMiles membership card; and
        • E-ticket / boarding pass Citilink flight
