Citilink Flight Information Regarding COVID-19

    The government has officially implemented the Enforcement of Emergency Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM Emergency). Starting on 05 July 2021 until further notice. For travelers who can meet the flying requirements set out in :
    • Circular of the Task Force for Handling COVID-19 Number 14 of 2021 concerning the Extension of Travel Provisions for Domestic People during the 2019 Coronavirus Disease Pandemic (COVID-19) (Click Here).
    • Ministry of Transportation Circular Letter 53 of 2021 concerning Amendments to Circular Letter of the Minister of Transportation Number SE 45 of 2021 concerning Guidelines for Traveling Domestic People by Air Transportation during the Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) Pandemic Period (Click Here).
     

    For Citilinkers who will be traveling by air, they are required to have a negative COVID-19 test result issued by the Health Service Facility as stated in the RI Ministry of Health No. HK.01.07/MENKES/4642/2021 regarding the implementation of the COVID-19 Examination Laboratory which has been included in the list of the Ministry of Health. (Click Here)

    Please pay attention to the following:

    • Travelers with special interests who are not/not vaccinated for medical reasons based on a certificate from a specialist doctor can travel by air using RT-PCR 2x24 hours before the scheduled departure.
    • For children under 12 (twelve) years of age who have not been vaccinated, it is not recommended to travel during the Emergency PPKM period. *refers to the availability and stage of vaccination determined by the Government
    • For passengers departing from border areas and 3T areas (lagging, leading, outermost) the provision of health certificates as required does not apply.
    • For transit passengers (not leaving the airport/not changing flights) it refers to the requirements for the final destination of the flight.
    • Passengers may get additional checks from local authorities in accordance with local government regulations/local authorities.
    • All passengers must fill out the Electronic Health Alert Card (eHAC) and the PeduliLindungi application.
    For Citilinkers who will be traveling on flights, they can prepare a print out of all required documents or show the required documents (Vaccine Certificate and Covid-19 Test) in the PeduliLindung application along with the originals before arriving at the departure airport to be reported and validated by the Covid-19 Task Force.

    Citilink is not responsible for errors or lack of required documents and reserves the right to cancel passenger flights that do not meet the requirements in question.


    Domestic

    Citilinkers for air travelers effective April 1, 2021 are required to be able to meet the flying requirements contained in the Circular Letter, while the Circular can be changed and repaired in accordance with the instructions/notifications from the authorized agency.

    Specifically for the Central Kalimantan support flight, it is required to be able to meet the flight requirements set out in:

    • Circular Letter of the Governor of Central Kalimantan Number 443.1/107/Covid-19 Task Force Regarding Improving Efforts to Handle Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) and Accelerating the Implementation of Covid-19 Vaccination in the Province of Central Kalimantan (Click Here)
     

    Specifically for the Bali support flight, it is required to be able to meet the flight requirements set out in:

    • Circular Letter of the Governor of Bali Number 8 of 2021 concerning the Extension of the Application of Restrictions on Village-Based Community Activities in the New Era of Life Order in Bali Province During the 2019 Corona Virus Disease Pandemic Period (Click Here)

    Additional Requirements:
    A certificate of negative RT-PCR test results must be accompanied by a barcode / QR Code issued by the relevant Health Facility

     

    Specifically for flights to North Sulawesi, they are required to be able to meet the flying requirements as stated in:

    • Circular Letter of the Governor of North Sulawesi Number 440/21.4093/Sekr-Dinkes concerning Provisions for PCR and Rapid Antigen Swab Examination for Travelers in North Sulawesi Province during the Implementation of Micro-scale Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) (Click Here)
    Additional Requirements for flights to and from North Sulawesi:
    • Passengers are required to show a negative RT-PCR result document whose sample is taken within a maximum of 2 x 24 hours before departure.
    • Passengers are required to show the first vaccine card (minimum vaccine dose 1).
     

    Specifically for flights to South Sulawesi, they are required to be able to meet the flying requirements as stated in:

    Specifically for flights to Balikpapan, they are required to be able to meet the flying requirements as stated in:

    • Balikpapan Mayor Circular Number 300/2589/Pem. Regarding Strengthening the Implementation of Micro and City-based Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) for Prevention, Control and Handling of the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) Pandemic in Balikpapan City (Click Here)
     
    Specifically for flights to Kupang, they are required to be able to meet the flying requirements as stated in;
    • Circular Letter of the Mayor of Kupang Number: 041/HK.443.1/VII/2021 Regarding the Extension of Thickening of the Implementation of Micro-Scale Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) in Kupang City to control the spread of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Click Here)
     
    Specifically for flights to the Riau Islands, they are required to be able to meet the flying requirements as stated in:
    • Circular Letter of the Governor of Riau Islands Number 536/SET-STC19/VII/2021 Regarding Provisions for Domestic and International Travel of People Using Public Transportation Modes in Order to Prevent the Spread of COVID-19 in the Riau Islands Province (Click Here)
     

    Specifically for flights to Sorong, they are required to be able to meet the flying requirements as stated in the:  

    • Circular Letter of the Mayor of Sorong Number: 443/552 Regarding the Implementation of Micro-Based Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) and Optimizing the 2019 Corona Virus Disease Handling Command Post (Click Here
    Notes:
    The validity period of the extension and the deadline for the rules from the local area will be adjusted from each area.
     
     
     

    To Indonesia

    To Saudi Arabia

    Citilinkers Umrah and non-Umrah pilgrims flying to Saudi Arabia must meet the following conditions: 

    Non Umrah :

    1. The traveler must have a negative result of the PCR-based swab test carried out a maximum of 72 (seventy two) hours before arrival in Jeddah and fill out the following form (Click Here).  
    2. Travelers are required to undergo self-quarantine for 3 days at home after arriving in Saudi Arabia, then take a PCR test after 2 days. If the PCR test is not performed, home self-quarantine is continued for 7 days.
    3. Download and register on the Tatamman and Tawakkalna Applications on the Playstore or Appstore Applications.
    4. The traveler must determine the location of the house through the Tatamman application within 8 hours of arrival.
    5. Travelers must conduct daily health assessments on the Tatamman application. 

     

    Umrah :

    1. The traveler must have a negative result of the PCR-based swab test carried out a maximum of 72 (seventy two) hours before arrival in Jeddah and fill out the following form (Click Here). 
    2. The traveler is required to undergo 3 days of self-quarantine at the hotel selected by the travel agent in the travel package after arriving in Saudi Arabia, then take the PCR test after 2 days. If the PCR test result is negative, then you can immediately carry out Umrah and other activities according to the applicable regulations. However, if the PCR test results are positive, the self-quarantine at the hotel will be continued for 7 days.
    3. Download and register on the Tatamman and Tawakkalna Applications on the Playstore or Appstore Applications. This process will be assisted by the travel organizer for the Umrah trip.
    4. Travel Actors and Travel organizers must determine the location of the hotel through the Tatamman application within 8 hours of arrival.
    5. Travel Players and Travel organizers must carry out daily health assessments in the Tatamman application.
