  • Citilinkers refers to the Circular of the Task Force for Handling COVID-19 Number 3 of 2020 concerning the Travel Health Protocol for People During Christmas Holidays and Welcoming the New Year 2021 in the Covid-19 Pandemic Period (Click Here) SE No.3 of 2020 and Circular of the Ministry of Transportation Number 22 of 2020 concerning Guidelines for Implementing People Travel by Air Transportation during the Christmas 2020 and New Year 2021 During the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) Pandemic Period (Click Here).


     
    DOMESTIC ROUTE & DOMESTIC TRANSIT

    FROM AND TO THE CITIES IN JAVA ISLAND

    Includes : Cengkareng (CGK), Halim Perdanakusuma (HLP), Bandung (BDO), Surabaya (SUB), Semarang (SRG), Solo (SOC) dan Kulon Progo (YIA), Yogyakarta (JOG), Malang (MLG), Banyuwangi (BWX).

    APPLICABLE UP TO JANUARY 8, 2021 AND MAY CHANGE ACCORDING TO SITUATION DEVELOPMENT

    In accordance with the instruction of the Governor of DKI Jakarta No. 64/2020, passengers must show (Click Here):

    1. Certificate of negative results using the Rapid-Test Antigen no later than 3 (three) x 24 hours before departure.
    2. Fill out an electronic health awareness card (eHAC) before a flight, done online by downloading the e-HAC application through the Playstore / App Store or via the website http://sinkarkes.kemkes.go.id/ehac/ .

    The exception is that children under 12 years of age are not required to take the RT-PCR test or the rapid antigen / rapid antibody test as a condition of travel.

     

    TO BALI (DENPASAR)

    APPLICABLE UP TO JANUARY 8, 2021 AND MAY CHANGE ACCORDING TO SITUATION DEVELOPMENT

    Passengers are required to show:

    1. Certificate of negative PCR-based swab test results with a maximum validity period of 7 (seven) x 24 hours prior to departure time.
    2. While in Bali, the traveler is required to have a certificate of negative results of the PCR-based swab test with a validity period of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of issuance.
    3. Filling out the electronic health awareness card (eHAC) before the flight, done online by downloading the e-HAC application via the Playstore / App Store or via the website http://sinkarkes.kemkes.go.id/ehac/ .

    Exception for passengers traveling to Bali in the following categories who are not required to have a negative PCR-based swab test and are able to use the non-reactive results of a rapid antibody / antigen test that is still valid according to the SE Ministry of Health RI:

    1. Passengers in transit and not leaving the airport.
    2. The passenger diverted the plane.
    3. Passengers who come from areas where there are no PCR testing facilities, may use the rapid antigen test (at the departure airport or at the arrival airport).
    4. ASN/TNI/Polri who received a sudden assignment/order.

    Passengers under 12 years of age specifically for flights destined for I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) Bali are not required to have a PCR-based swab test result or an Antigen / Rapid Antibody Rapid Test.

     

    FROM AND TO BANGKA BELITUNG

    Includes : Tanjung Pandan (TJQ), Pangkalpinang (PGK)

    APPLICABLE UP TO JANUARY 8, 2021 AND MAY CHANGE ACCORDING TO SITUATION DEVELOPMENT

    In accordance with the SE Governor of the Bangka Belitung Islands No. 550/1051 / DISHUB in 2020, passengers must show (Click Here):

    1. Certificate of negative results using a PCR-based swab or Rapid-Test Antigen with a validity period of 14 (fourteen) days from issuance.
    2. Especially for children under 12 years of age may use the non-reactive results of the rapid antibody test.
    3. Filling out the electronic health awareness card (eHAC) before the flight, done online by downloading the e-HAC application via the Playstore/App Store or via the website http://sinkarkes.kemkes.go.id/ehac/ .


    TO LAMPUNG

    Includes : Lampung (TKG)

    In accordance with the SE Governor of Lampung No. 045.2 / 3931 / V.02 / 2020 passengers are required to show (Click Here):

    1. Certificate of negative results using the Rapid-Test Antigen no later than 2 (three) x 24 hours before departure.
    2. Fill out an electronic health awareness card (eHAC) before a flight, done online by downloading the e-HAC application through the Playstore / App Store or via the website http://sinkarkes.kemkes.go.id/ehac/ .

     

    FROM AND TO JAYAPURA (DJJ)

    1. KTP / Non-Papuan Identity: mandatory with a negative PCR / Swab test result.
    2. KTP / KK / Domicile Letter / Work Letter / Official Letter in Papua (including the main family of the worker): negative result from the Rapid Antigen / PCR test.

     

    TO SAMARINDA (SRI)

    APPLICABLE UP TO JANUARY 10, 2021 AND MAY CHANGE ACCORDING TO SITUATION DEVELOPMENT

    In accordance with the SE Governor of East Kalimantan No. 440/7874/0641-II / B.Kesra, passengers are required to show (Click Here):

    1. Certificate of non-reactive / negative results for rapid antibody / antigen tests and negative results of PCR-based swab tests no later than 2 x 24 hours before departure.
    2. While in East Kalimantan Province, Passengers are required to have a certificate of non-reactive / negative results of rapid antibody / antigen tests and negative results of PCR-based swab tests with a validity period of 14 (fourteen) days from issuance.
    3. Fill out an electronic health awareness card (eHAC) before a flight, done online by downloading the e-HAC application through the Playstore / App Store or via the website http://sinkarkes.kemkes.go.id/ehac/ .


    FROM AND TO BALIKPAPAN (BPN)

    In accordance with SE Balikpapan No. 440/02 / Pem, passengers must show (Click Here):

    1. Certificate of negative antigen rapid test results that are valid 3 x 24 hours and / or negative results of PCR-based swab tests no later than 7 x 24 hours before departure.
    2. Children under 12 years of age are required to submit the Non-Reactive Rapid Test Antibody result as a condition of travel.
    3. Fill out an electronic health awareness card (eHAC) before a flight, done online by downloading the e-HAC application through the Playstore / App Store or via the website http://sinkarkes.kemkes.go.id/ehac/ .


    TO CENTRAL SULAWESI

    In accordance with the Circular of the Governor of Central Sulawesi No 443/692 / DIS.KES, passengers must show (Click Here):

    1. Certificate of negative results of the rapid test antigen / negative results of the PCR-based swab test no later than 3 x 24 hours before departure.
    2. Fill out an electronic health awareness card (eHAC) before a flight, done online by downloading the e-HAC application through the Playstore / App Store or via the website http://sinkarkes.kemkes.go.id/ehac/ .


    TO SOUTH SULAWESI

    APPLICABLE UP TO JANUARY 14, 2021 AND MAY CHANGE ACCORDING TO SITUATION DEVELOPMENT

    In accordance with the SE of the Governor of South Sulawesi No 443.2 / 9469 / Dinkes, passengers must show (Click Here):

    1. Certificate of negative results using the Rapid-Test Antigen.
    2. Fill out an electronic health awareness card (eHAC) before a flight, done online by downloading the e-HAC application through the Playstore / App Store or via the website http://sinkarkes.kemkes.go.id/ehac/ .



     DESTINATION TO OTHER CITIES THAN THE ABOVE MENTIONED

    1. Passengers are required to show a Health Certificate of non-reactive results from the Rapid Antibody/Rapid Antigen/PCR test/Negative test no later than 14 (fourteen) x 24 hours before departure and fill in e-HAC as a travel requirement.
    2. Passengers under 12 years of age for destinations other than those mentioned above are not required to have the results of the PCR-based swab test or the Antibody / Rapid Antibody Rapid Test.
