  • For Citilinkers who fly with us, enjoy more comfort at the Citilink Lounge and Garuda Indonesia Executive Lounge


    1. Passengers who are entitled to enjoy Citilink lounge services are passengers who have purchased Green Zone or Green Premium products and passengers who buy directly in the lounge
    2. Passengers can also purchase Citilink Lounge products directly in the Citilink lounge
    3. Passengers who purchase lounge products through the bundling of the Green Zone or Green Premium programs must show boarding passes or e-tickets containing BP1 (Green Premium) or GZN (Green Zone) codes
    4. Passengers are entitled to service facilities in the form of finger foods, drinks, smoking area, small mosque, toilet, cable TV, Free Wifi and a more comfortable waiting room
    5. The pricing conditions for lounge services are as follows:
      • Citilink airline passengers: IDR 100,000 (includes VAT)
      • Passengers of other airlines (non Citilink): IDR 120,000 (includes VAT)
    6. Passengers can also purchase additional ancillary Citilink products such as seat assignments, pre book meals, super shield insurance, and extra baggage packages at the cashier lounge located in Citilink lounge
    7. Passengers who are registered as a GarudaMiles member with Platinum membership tier are entitled to enter Citilink Lounge with 1 (one) companion for free, with the following conditions:
      • Showing Citilink flight boarding pass
      • Showing GarudaMiles membership card/ e-card


    1. Passengers can purchase Garuda Executive Lounge products directly at the cashier or pre-book through the www.citilink.co.id website or the BettertFly Citilink mobile apps for:
      • Soekarno-Hatta International Airport - Tangerang, Domestic Terminal 3 (IDR 200,000 including tax)
      • I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport - Denpasar, Domestic Terminal (IDR 200,000 including tax)
      • Kualanamu International Airport - Medan (IDR 150,000 including tax)
      • Sultan Syarif Kasim II International Airport - Pekanbaru (IDR 100,000 including tax)
    2. Passengers who purchase pre-book lounge products through the website www.citilink.co.id or the mobile application BettertFly Citilink are required to show their boarding pass or e-ticket containing the LGA SSR code to the Garuda Executive Lounge staff.
    3. The Garuda Executive Lounge service is not yet valid as a facility for Citilink passengers holding Garuda Miles Platinum / Elite Plus / Gold / Elite passengers.
    4. Passengers are entitled to get service facilities in the form of finger foods, drinks, smoking areas, prayer rooms, toilets, cable TV, Free Wifi and a more comfortable waiting room.
    5. For passengers who buy the lounge directly at the cashier / ticketing then can show proof of payment to be able to enter the Garuda Executive Lounge.
    6. Proof of payment of valid PRL (Payment Receipt Lounge) is used on the same date as the payment schedule.
    7. Passengers can access the Garuda Executive Lounge within 4 hours before the scheduled flight departure.
    8. Lounge access depends on the actual lounge availability, and will not be available on Black Out Date, such as:
      • 7 days before and after the New Year
      • Peak season period (school holidays)
    9. There is no fee for infants under 24 months traveling with adults who have PRL Prepaid Lounge Access.
    10. There is no maximum purchase for individual orders.
    11. Passengers who purchase Green Zone or Green Premium products must purchase Garuda Access Lounge separately.
    12. Lounge access that has been purchased cannot be canceled, transferred to other passengers, exchanged, or returned after purchase. (Full refund only applies to passengers who have bought pre-booked lounge but the lounge at the airport of departure is closed due to operational reasons).

    Travel documents to be checked upon entering the lounge must include a PRL or show boarding pass or e-ticket containing the LGA code for passengers who purchase pre-book, Identity Card (KTP / Passport) and Boarding Pass.



    1. Passenger Passengers can purchase Saphire Lounge products directly at the Citilink cashier (CGK & KNO), Customer Service / ticketing (DJB, BDO & PGK) or pre-book through the website www.citilink.co.id or the BettertFly Citilink mobile app for:
      • Soekarno-Hatta International Airport – Tangerang, Terminal 3 Domestik (CGK) (Rp. 130.000 including tax)
      • Sultan Thaha Syaifuddin Airport –Jambi, Terminal Domestik (DJB) (Rp. 130.000 including tax)
      • Kualanamu International Airport – Medan (KNO) (Rp. 130.000 including tax)
      • Depati Amir Airport – Pangkal Pinang (PGK) (Rp. 130.000 including tax)
      • Husein Sastranegara International Airport – Bandung, Domestic Terminal (BDO) (Rp. 130.000 including tax)
    2. Passengers who purchase pre-book lounge products through the website www.citilink.co.id or the BettertFly Citilink mobile application are required to show their boarding pass or e-ticket with the APSL SSR code to the Saphire Lounge staff.
    3. Passengers are entitled to get service facilities in the form of WiFi, reading corners, shopping displays, coffee corners, buffets, live cooking, smoking rooms, VIP rooms (only in PGK) and toilets.
    4. For passengers who buy lounge access directly at the cashier / customer service / ticketing can show proof of payment to be able to enter the Saphire Lounge.
    5. Proof of payment of PRL (Payment Receipt Lounge) is valid for use on the same date as the payment schedule.
    6. Passengers can access the Saphire Lounge within 2 hours before the scheduled flight departure.
    7. There is no charge for infants under 24 months traveling with adults who have PRL Prepaid Lounge Access.
    8. Passengers can enjoy Saphire Lounge facilities for a maximum of 2 hours.
    9. There is no maximum purchase for individual orders.
    10. Passengers who purchase Green Zone or Green Premium products must purchase Saphire Lounge access separately.
    11. Lounge access that has been purchased cannot be canceled, transferred to another passenger, exchanged, or returned after purchase. (Full refund only applies to passengers who have pre-booked the lounge, but the lounge at the departure airport is closed due to operational reasons).
