  • Terms & Conditions for Free of Charge Covid-19 Rapid Test Services

    1. The free of charge Covid-19 Rapid services Test services are available for passengers who made purchase for flight tickets (fresh booking) through Citilink’s Website and Mobile Apps.
    2. Provision of free of charge Covid-19 Rapid Test services are available with flight conditions as follows:
      • Booking of Date of Issued (DOI) flight tickets for August 5th to 14th, 2020
      • Date of Travel (DOT) flight schedule as of August 6th to 31st, 2020
    3. Only for flight depart from Jakarta; Cengkareng (CGK) & Halim Perdanakusuma (HLP) After purchasing the flight ticket, the 300 passengers that are eligible to get the free Rapid Test services, will receive an E-Ticket that has a Unique Number to be used for claiming the service.
    4. For passengers who get free of charge Covid-19 Rapid Test services and did not use the services (did not claim the services), it will automatically be forfeited.
    5. The free of charge Covid-19 Rapid Test services cannot be exchange to money and cannot be refund (non-refundable).
    6. To claim the free of charge Covid-19 Rapid Test services, passengers can:

      • For your convenience, it is highly recommended to register before visiting the nearest Clinic Partner in accordance with the list stated previously.
    7. Passengers must visit the nearest Clinic Partner with maximum 24 hours before the departure schedule.
    8. The validity of Rapid Test result is maximum of 14 x 24 hours as the Covid-19 Task Force Circular.
    9. As for what is needed in the claim of rapid test services, namely: E-ticket and Identity Card.
    10. The Rapid Test results can be retrieved within 10 minutes after the examination.
    11. If the results indicate Non-Reactive then:
      • Passengers will receive the results of the inspection and get the required health certificate as one of the conditions that must be met in order to use the air transportation mode.
    12. If the result is Reactive then:
      • Passengers are directed to the referral hospital for further examination.
    13. Citilink has the rights to change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
    14. Citilink is not responsible for the expiration of the results of Rapid Test results in the event of a change in schedule or flight cancellation.
    15. Examination of the Rapid Test service is currently not available in the airport area.
