Pre-Book Meals

  1. Orders via Pre-Book Meals (PBM) can be served no later than 24 hours before flight time, at the same time as ticket reservations.
  2. The type of PBM ordered will be listed on the customer's boarding pass and can be claimed by our Cabin Crew during the flight, according to the departure route from CGK, HLP, SUB, DPS, KNO, UPG, BPN and PKU airports.
  3. Orders that have been placed can be exchanged for other items of equal value, if the order is damaged or something else causes the order to be unfit for consumption.
  4. Everything/force majeure circumstances are beyond PT's capabilities. Citilink Indonesia, which causes food not to be received by passengers, then Citilink is not obliged to replace it.
  5. Cancellations of orders cannot be made if there is a change in the schedule at the request of the passenger (re-schedule or pax no show).

Seat Assignment

  1. Passengers can select seats to sit more comfortably on all A320 & ATR flight routes.
  2. This product is only valid on the first flight and not for connecting flights and seat selection depends on availability on the next flight.
  3. Especially for seats in rows 12 & 14:
    1. Can only be purchased at the check-in counter.
    2. Rows 12 & 14 are emergency seats, and are only intended for passengers who meet the criteria. Click this link (www.citilink.co.id/faq) channel "above the plane", for more complete information.
    3. Passengers are required to fill out a consent statement form to occupy an available emergency seat at the check-in counter.
    4. If the seats in rows 12 & 14 are not filled, the cabin crew will direct passengers to fill those seats free of charge, but passengers will not receive a complaint.
  4. Citilink will not charge passengers if the passenger does not choose a seat (automatically assign a seat).
  5. Prices listed include VAT.
  6. Products that have been purchased cannot be refunded at the request of the passenger (Voluntary).

Pre-Book Baggage

  1. Pre-Book Baggage is valid for Citilink Indonesia tickets with domestic and international routes.
  2. The calculation of excess baggage rates is calculated based on the Flight Time of each route.
  3. Purchase of Pre-Book Baggage can only be purchased a maximum of 4 hours before departure.
  4. Pre-Book Baggage options consist of 5Kg Packages, 10Kg Packages, 20Kg Packages, 30Kg Packages, and 40Kg Packages.
  5. Each passenger can only choose one time for each Pre-Book Baggage option.
  6. Baggage in the form of sports equipment such as bicycle equipment, golf equipment, diving equipment, surfboards and paragliding equipment and other equipment will be subject to a special sports baggage fee.   7. Purchasing a baggage package cannot be used for sports equipment baggage (Golf Bags/Bikes/Windsurfingboards/Glantolle/Surfboards/Sailboards/Paragliding/Diving. Equipment without gas cylinders) and other equipment as stated in the points above.
