  • Terms & Conditions Rapid Test Covid-19

    1. Citilink’s additional services: Rapid Test Covid-19 can be purchased through the Citilink Website and Mobile Apps along with the purchase of a plane ticket.
    2. After payment, passenger will receive an E-Ticket that includes a link for registration and a Unique Number as Rapid Test payment receipt.
    3. To claim a Rapid Test service, passengers can:
      • Passengers can directly go to the selected clinic in accordance with the list of Citilink Clinic Partner & Klinik Pintar (Walk- in).
      • For your convenience, we strongly recommended to register before visiting the nearest Clinic Partner via this link: https://klinikpintar.id/partner/citilink
    4. If passenger needs to conduct the test, then passenger must have visited Clinic Partner with maximum of 12 hours before the flight schedule.
    5. The Rapid Test result only valid for a maximum of 14 days since the result issued, according to the Covid-19 Task Force Circular.
    6. The requirement needed to claim the Rapid Test services are E-Ticket Itinerary and Identity Card (KTP).
    7. The Rapid Test result can be issued within 10 minutes after the examination.
    8. If the result shows the passenger are Non-Reactive to Covid-19, then:

      • Passengers will receive the results of the Rapid Test and get the required health certificate as one of the mandatory requirements in order to use the mode of air transportation.

    9. If the result shows the passenger are Reactive to Covid-19, then:

      • Passengers are directed to the referral hospital to handle Covid-19 for further examination.

    10. Passenger with Rapid Test purchase but not receive any payment receipt via e-mail notification, then passenger needs to contact Citilink Call Center: 0804 1 080808.
    11. Citilink has the rights to change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
    12. Pax are allowed to submit a refund for Rapid Test service, as long as the services has not yet used and pax have not flown.
    13. Pax are only allowed to submit a refund for Rapid Test service with maximum 48 hours before the flight schedule.
