Terms & Conditions Refund Voucher

Citilink Refund Voucher Terms and Conditions. Customers are advised to read carefully.

  1. The validity period of the voucher is 1 (one) year from the date the voucher was issued and cannot be renewed.
    Example: If the voucher is issued on August 1, 2023, then the voucher will expire on August 1, 2024.
  2. The nominal value of the voucher that will be received is the price of the ticket in accordance with the applicable regulations and does not include fees for changing names, donations and administration fees for credit card payments.
  3. The voucher value and number will be informed to the passenger via the email listed at the time of submission.
  4. Vouchers cannot be cashed and can only be used on Citilink flights until the voucher expiry date.
  5. Vouchers can be redeemed via the Citilink mobile app and an OTP code will be sent via email delivery
  6. If a passenger who purchases tickets through a travel agent does not receive an OTP code via email, redeem vouchers can be made at the Citilink ticketing office and call center 0804-1-080808 by attaching a copy of the passenger's KTP/ Passport/ SIM on the initial ticket that will be refunded and inform the booking code when refunding.
  7. If the value of the voucher is less than the value of the ticket to be purchased, the passenger only pays the difference between the ticket value and the value
  8. If the voucher value is greater than the value of the ticket to be purchased, the voucher balance will be reduced automatically. The remaining balance can be used to purchase the next ticket until the balance runs out or the voucher expires.
  9. Vouchers can be transferred and used for other passengers who were not passengers on the previous reservation.
  10. Voucher transfer can be done through the ticketing office or Citilink call center 0804-1-080808 by attaching a power of attorney with a stamp of Rp. 10,000.00, a copy of the KTP/ Passport/ SIM of the voucher owner and the authorized person and informing the booking code when
