    9. Refund Terms:
      • Passengers can apply for a refund for this product with terms and conditions apply via the link refundvoucher.citilink.co.id, valid for purchases on the Citilink channels.
      • Passengers who wish to make a refund must have proof of official payment for the seat purchase.
      • Refund requests cannot be accepted if it is more than 1 month after the flight.
      • If the passenger cannot provide proof of official payment then refunds cannot be made.
      • If the passenger has made a purchase transaction but did not receive the benefits from Royal Green, please report it via the Citilink Website www.citilink.co.id in the live chat menu located at the bottom right.
      • If the passenger is transferred by the ground handling officer or cabin crew officer for safety reasons, the passenger can apply for a refund with the applicable conditions. Citilink reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notification.
    For passengers who do not purchase this product but have special needs such as: elderly, pregnant women, parents who bring small children and disabilities, the cabin crew is authorized to move the seat of the passenger and the passenger does not receive a compensation.

    • Free seat selection (free seat assignment) for row 1 to row 14 by sitting at a distance (seat distancing) in the middle row.
    • Seat selection for row 12 & 14 can only be done at the Check-in Counter.
    • Row 12 & 14 are emergency seats and are only intended for passengers who meet the criteria.
    • Passengers who do not purchase Royal Green are not allowed to change seats to the Royal Green area other than for safety reasons.
    • Royal Green seat selection is valid for the first flight and not for connecting flights.

    1. Passengers who have purchased Royal Green products are entitled to get Garuda Indonesia Executive Lounge facilities located at several airports as follows:
      • Soekarno-Hatta International Airport – Tangerang, Terminal 3 Domestik
      • Kualanamu International Airport – Medan
    2. Passengers who purchase Royal Green products can return their boarding pass with the Royal Green logo and SSR RYG code to the Garuda Executive Lounge staff.
    3. Lounge service is not yet available for passengers travelling from:
      • Hang Nadim International Airport – Batam
      • Sultan Syarif Kasim II International Airport - Pekanbaru
      • Sultan Aji Muhammad Sulaiman Sepinggan International Airport – Balikpapan
    4. Passengers are entitled to service facilities in the form of finger foods, drinks, smoking area, prayer room, toilet, cable TV, Free Wifi and a more comfortable waiting room (Facilities and services refer to standard SOPs applicable at the Garuda Indonesia Executive Lounge)
    5. Passengers can access the Garuda Executive Lounge within 4 hours before the scheduled flight departure.
    6. Lounge Access is subject to actual lounge availability, and will not be available on Black Out Dates, such as:
      • 7 days before and after New Year
      • Peak season period (school holidays, long weekends, etc.).
      • The black out date policy refers to the SOP that applies to the Garuda Indonesia Executive Lounge

    Travel documents that will be checked upon entering the lounge must show a boarding pass or e-ticket containing the RYG code for passengers who purchased pre-book, Identity Card (KTP / Passport) and Boarding Pass.
