  • Citilink Refund Terms and Conditions

    These terms and conditions are set to govern the request for a refund at PT Citilink Indonesia. Customers are advised to read carefully, as it will have an impact on the status of your ticket.

    1. The period for submitting a refund voucher from October 15, 2020 for the validity period of the voucher is 1 (one) year from the date the voucher is issued.
    2. Vouchers cannot be cashed and expire according to the validity date.
    3. Vouchers can be redeemed through the official Citilink website www.citilink.co.id and the Citilink Mobile App
    4. For ticket purchases through travel agents, voucher redemption can be done through the Citilink Website and Mobile App. If a prospective passenger does not receive an OTP code via email, voucher redemption can be done at the Citilink Ticketing Office and Call Center by attaching a KTP / SIM / other ID and informing the booking code when refunding.
    5. Vouchers can be transferred and used for other passengers who are not passengers on the previous reservation.
    6. Transfer of vouchers can be done through the Ticketing Office or Call Center by attaching a statement letter with a stamp of IDR10,000, a scan of the KTP of the voucher owner and the authorized person and informing the booking code when doing the refund.
    7. If the voucher value is less than the value of the ticket to be purchased, the passenger only pays the difference between the ticket value and the voucher value.
    8. If the voucher value is greater than the value of the ticket to be purchased, the voucher balance will be automatically reduced. The remaining balance can be used to make the next ticket purchase until the balance runs out or the validity period ends.
    9. The nominal value of the voucher for the ticket price does not include name change fees, donations and admin fees for payments using a credit card.
    10. The value and number of the voucher will be informed to the passenger via the email listed at the time of submission.
    11. Refund submission is for all passengers in one booking code, if the refund submission is not for all passengers, please contact our call center at 08041080808
    12. Submission of a refund voucher cannot be canceled.
