TOUR LAGOI - BINTAN

DAY 01: FULL DAY TOUR BINTAN - TREASURE BAY - LAGOI BAY - BLUE LAKE & SAND DESERT

The first day begins with tour participants gathering at the ASDP Punggur port, at the latest at 06.40 am. Participants cross to Bintan island by roro boat for about 1 hour. Upon arrival in Bintan, the trip begins with a visit to Sleeping Buddha, followed by enjoying the beauty of Blue Lake and Desert. Participants also get a panoramic view of the Lagoi Bay beach and lake before enjoying lunch at the Lagoi food court.

Afterwards, participants who choose Treasure Bay will be transferred there to enjoy free swimming time, while those who choose Lagoi Safari will be transferred to that destination. In the afternoon, participants will be transferred to their hotel of choice, with a free agenda to enjoy the rest of the first day.

DAY 02: FREE & EASY (Breakfast) 

The second day begins with breakfast. After breakfast, participants can enjoy the atmosphere and facilities of the hotel before checking out. Our team will pick up participants to transfer to the harbor, then cross back to Batam, so that the tour is completed.

• Some hotels such as The Anmon Resort apply dynamic rates, so rates can change at any time without prior notice.
• Weekend rates are for check in Friday & Saturday. Public holiday / peak season may have a surcharge.

Package Includes:

• Return Citilink flight tickets ( Hometown - BTH - Hometown).
• 1-night accommodation at the hotel of your choice.
• Full ac transportation during the trip according to the program.
• Crossing tickets from Batam to Bintan PP by roro boat (Additional charge Rp. 100,000 / person if guests want to upgrade to ride a round trip speedboat).
• 1 x lunch at Lagoi food court, 1 x breakfast at the hotel, 1 x mineral water in the car.
• Entrance tickets to the destinations visited according to the program of choice.
• Tour guide/leader accompany during the trip.

Package Excludes:

• Travel insurance, personal expenses & additional schedules outside the program.
• Tip for the guide as much as possible (mandatory).

Terms and Conditions:

1. The minimum booking for the 2D1N Tour Lagoi - Bintan package is 2 people.
2. The LinkTrip programs are available for Indonesian citizens (WNI), KITAS holders, and during the low season.
3. Package requests follow the availability of Citilink Indonesia flight schedules.
4. Package prices are subject to change during high season periods (school holidays, national holidays, Christmas, and New Year holidays).
5. The tour rundown is flexible, depending on the situation and conditions.
6. All payment or settlement processes for Linktrip packages will be handled by the package provider operator.
7. To request a refund for a Linktrip package, customers are expected to directly contact the package provider operator. 
8. Terms and conditions regarding Citilink flight ticket refunds are regulated in PM No. 30 of 2021.
9. Cancellation fees will be charged as follows:
   • 15 days before the departure date will be charged 30% of the package price (Outside of airfare).
   • 08 days before the departure date will be charged 40% of the package price (Outside of airfare).
   • 04 days before the departure date will be charged 100% of the package price (Outside of airfare).
10. The LinkTrip programs may change depending on the conditions and situations during the journey.
11. PT. Citilink Indonesia is not responsible for accidents, loss of goods, excess baggage, detention at airports or hotels, quarantine costs, delays/disruptions in schedules, aircraft or other transportation, or due to strikes, force majeure, implementation of government regulations and policies, and other factors beyond PT. Citilink Indonesia's control.
12. PT. Citilink Indonesia collaborates with PT. Latansa Batam Mandiri operator to facilitate the creation of the "2D1N Tour Lagoi - Bintan" package.
13. The package schedule is not binding (subject to change at any time) and can be adjusted according to customer needs; the written itinerary may change at any time and adapt to the situation and conditions on the ground.
